hi! my name is fiberlicious! i'm a crocheter in california who loves crocheting random things and want to share it with the world!
i tried crocheting in 2020 to use as a coping skill as a nursing student during the pandemic, but could only make a hard boiled egg. i instantly gave up after trying to make a hot dog octopus. then, i officially started crocheting in 2023 when i was trying to find a coping skill to get through night shifts. my first project was a chowder hat!
i've always loved arts and crafts and learned how to do a few (sewing, embroidery, knitting, etc.) at our fallen craft store, JoAnn (RIP) as a child. i was also notorious for making random/weird things. my first wearable i made outside of sewing class was a christmas themed dress for my christmas fairy costume when i was in the 6th grade during halloween. the weirdness continued... what lead me to opening this etsy was people asking me to sell my mozzarella stick cheese pull scarf!
