On a mission to raise awareness + love daily.

My amazing twin boys defied many odds stacked against them to survive today, including Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome in the womb as well as countless setbacks in the NICU. Today, they are happy, healthy 2.5 year old boys. Their prematurity and TTTS condition has resulted in both having cerebral palsy, hydrocephalus and each having other complicating issues such as Jaxon's CVI, Axel's hemiplegia and so on.

They are perfect in every way and as parents, we were shocked to discover the lack of support in the Canadian health system, especially in BC where we are from, for children like ours. Life-enhancing therapies such as physio and occupational therapy are not provided regularly or in ways that most benefit the boys (i.e. hands on). Physio can help reduce pain and avoid orthopedic surgeries later in life, as well as help kids who are able to reach mobility goals.

I am saddened that not everyone is as fortunate as us to be able to provide private therapies to our boys, at an extreme financial stress to us (over $25,000 per year). As well, we have had to purchase a lot of our own medical equipment that the government does not provide, such as a stander, leg braces to help their feet/ankle bones form properly and so much more.

I love creating things, so my shop is partly a way to get my creative expression out and also a way to give back to others who are seeking private physio and OT for their children with CP.

20% of all profits are donated!
