They sent me a very nice message explaining my issues and provided a refund because I was charged incorrectly initially. I appreciate this a lot and would give them another try.

5 out of 5 starsThis welcome sign was spectacular and added so much character to my baby shower which was themed "a little princess is on the way" I got compliments on it the entire event. it is exactly as pictured, if you are hesitant JUST BUY IT. you will not regret it! I would absolutely order from this store again.

5 out of 5 starsThis sign was a beautiful part of my daughter’s Baby Shower Sprinkle. Just about every picture was taken with her friends and family next to it! Customer Service was excellent where I requested by a certain date and it made it in plenty of time. Thank you. It does have to be ironed when you receive it due to shipping just as anything else you would order…it’s just beautiful and worth it!
