I grew up in Jaisalmer, a land of golden sands, bright festivals, soulful music, and fabrics filled with life. In Rajasthan, color is not just decoration—it is emotion, celebration, memory, and tradition woven together. From the vibrant turbans of the desert to the detailed embroidery on old family textiles, every shade tells a story.

For many years, I watched artisans and families keep these traditions alive with their hands. Their work was never only about making something beautiful—it was about preserving culture, sharing joy, and passing stories from one generation to the next. This feeling stayed with me and slowly became the seed of Folk Colors.

I created Folk Colors to carry a piece of Rajasthan beyond the desert… into homes around the world. Each quilt pattern is inspired by real folk art, traditional color harmony, and the warmth of handmade living. When you stitch one of these designs, you are not just making a quilt—you are experiencing the rhythm of desert festivals, the richness of heritage textiles, and the timeless beauty of handcrafted culture.

My hope is that every pattern you receive feels like a small journey to Rajasthan—full of color, story, and heart.
