My manufacturing partner is a small artisan from India. Leather craftsmanship is not just his work; it is his family legacy. For decades, his forefathers worked with leather using traditional techniques passed down from father to son. Stitch by stitch, cut by cut, these skills were learned not in classrooms, but in humble workshops.
Despite extraordinary craftsmanship, life was never easy. Limited education, lack of resources, and poverty meant that his work never reached beyond local markets. Scaling the business, accessing global buyers, or telling his story to the world always felt out of reach.
That’s where this journey began.
I partnered with him with one simple goal:
to bring his craftsmanship to the world—without changing its soul.
Every bag you see here is handmade in a small workshop, not a factory. The leather is carefully selected, cut by hand, and finished using time-honored methods that prioritize durability, character, and authenticity. No shortcuts. No mass production.
