From my Etsy shop I sell the lifestyle and craft products I use and like to create for others who appreciate the positive impact and influence that a simple lifestyle can have. I sell some of the supplies I use, for those who also like to make their own creations.
By running a small business from home I get to indulge one of my passions, and hope that within my shop, you find something that helps you indulge yours!

I'm an outdoors and nature lover, gardener and simple living enthusiast, who also loves to 'make my own'.
A British expat, I work from home, a former barn here in Normandy, France, which took my partner and I many years to convert. Since 2009 we've generated all our own solar power completely off grid, so you can be assured that any item you buy from my shop is made sustainably!
I love to upcycle, recycle, customise and revitalise fabrics and other materials, creating useful household items, bags and accessories to use for myself and to give as gifts to family and friends.
And the name Francy Nancy? The childhood nickname of my mother, who was herself a life-long creator of lovely things.

All items for delivery in France are shipped with tracking.
Unless otherwise stated, international orders for craft supplies are shipped with priority mail, with upgrades to tracked mail available at the time of ordering.
All handmade items are shipped by priority mail with tracking.
If you would like postal insurance please let me know BEFORE you make payment, so that I can adjust your invoice accordingly.
Combined shipping: I will always combine shipping for multiple purchases, and aim to offer the best price based on volume and weight. If combined delivery fees are excessive I will refund any significant difference to the actual cost.
Delivery
PLEASE NOTE: Once shipped, buyers are responsible for any fees which may be applicable once the package arrives into your country.
Orders are shipped to your Etsy address so please make sure it is correct when placing your order, as I cannot be responsible for any non-delivery, incorrect ship to address or returns if an incorrect address is provided, nor will a refund be given in these cases.
