When returning your item(s) we need the following in the package to be able to process the refund quickly and efficiently:

We advise customers to obtain a proof of postage from the post office when posting returns to us. Any returned products should not have been used or damaged in any way. Unfortunately any returns that do not meet these requirements cannot be refunded. Frederick Thomas cannot be held responsible for orders that are returned and fail to arrive at Frederick Thomas and no refunds will be made in such cases or any other cases where an item has not been received by us. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. All items are posted the next working day by 1st Class Royal Mail delivery.

Orders usually arrive within 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri) from despatch (subject to Royal Mail).

Orders over £20 are sent by recorded delivery.

International Orders
All items are posted the next working day by Royal Mail Standard International Delivery.
