C&C Creations sta diventando:

Questo è più di un nuovo nome o logo. C'è una storia dietro, e soprattutto, una donna la cui storia merita di essere raccontata. ❤️
Prima di C&C Creations, c'era Freshly Screwed.
Freshly Screwed era un'attività che Chrystal aveva avviato in Virginia prima ancora che ci conoscessimo. Veterana, madre e donna naturalmente creativa, aveva la passione di trasformare oggetti comuni, trascurati e a volte usurati in qualcosa di cui essere orgogliosi. 🇺🇸
Tutto è iniziato con la lavorazione del legno e il restauro di mobili. 🪵🔨 Chrystal ha imparato, sperimentato, affinato le sue abilità e si è dedicata anima e corpo a ogni progetto. Quella che era iniziata come una valvola di sfogo creativa si è gradualmente trasformata in un'attività in proprio.
Ebbene sì, c'è una storia dietro il nome. 😉
Una sera, seduta sulla veranda e alla ricerca di qualcosa di unico, divertente e memorabile, Chrystal iniziò a pensare agli attrezzi che usava ogni giorno. Lavorare il legno implicava l'uso di molte viti, quindi il brainstorming si trasformò rapidamente in un piccolo gioco di parole.
I suoi progetti erano appena stati realizzati.
Erano stati creati di recente.
E tecnicamente…
Erano appena stati fregati. 🔩😂
È così che è nato Freshly Screwed.
Il nome era buffo, un po' inappropriato se ci si pensava, impossibile da dimenticare e completamente diverso da qualsiasi altra cosa nei dintorni.
Onestamente, ci descrive ancora piuttosto bene. 😏
Quando io e Chrystal ci siamo finalmente unite e abbiamo iniziato a creare insieme, volevamo un nome che ci rappresentasse entrambe. I nostri nomi di battesimo ci hanno fornito le due C, e Freshly Screwed è diventato C&C Creations.
C&C è diventato il NOSTRO nome. 💕
Ma, continuando a sviluppare questa attività, mi sono reso conto che andare avanti non significava abbandonare le fondamenta che avevano reso tutto possibile.
Freshly Screwed era di Chrystal.
Prima ancora che esistesse un "noi" in questo settore, lei si è impegnata a fondo, ha sviluppato le sue competenze, ha avuto fiducia nella sua creatività e ha costruito qualcosa di suo. Ha creato un marchio così memorabile che, a distanza di anni, si percepisce ancora inconfondibilmente come se fosse LEI.
Non voglio assolutamente che quella parte della nostra storia scompaia.
Mia moglie lavora incredibilmente sodo per la nostra famiglia. È una madre straordinaria, una moglie incredibile, una veterana come me, la mia socia in affari e una delle persone più creative che conosca. Ho visto con i miei occhi la riflessione, la passione, la pazienza, la frustrazione, le notti insonni, i tentativi e gli errori e l'amore che riversa in tutto ciò che creiamo. ❤️
Questo cambiamento è il mio modo di garantire che l'azienda che stiamo costruendo insieme continui a onorare la donna che ne ha piantato il primo seme. 🌱
Stiamo riportando Freshly Screwed a casa, ma manteniamo C&C perché questo capitolo appartiene a entrambi.

Freshly Screwed rappresenta le nostre radici.
C&C rappresenta ciò che è successo quando due persone, due veterani, due creatori e, soprattutto, una coppia di coniugi, hanno deciso di costruire qualcosa insieme. 🇺🇸❤️
Quello che è iniziato con la lavorazione del legno e il restauro di mobili si è trasformato in qualcosa di molto più grande. Oggi utilizziamo una varietà di processi creativi per trasformare le idee in oggetti reali e tangibili. Continuiamo a imparare, sperimentare, migliorare e scoprire nuovi modi per realizzare prodotti che siano personali, significativi, utili, divertenti, belli o a volte semplicemente diversi. 🎨✨
In sostanza, la nostra missione non è cambiata rispetto a quanto Chrystal scrisse originariamente a proposito di Freshly Screwed:
✨ Crea qualcosa di meraviglioso dal nulla.
✨ Offri alle persone delle alternative.
✨ Lascia che la creatività si scateni.
Ora possiamo farlo insieme. 💕
Non sappiamo esattamente quanto diventerà grande, ma sappiamo cosa vogliamo come base: famiglia, creatività, duro lavoro, originalità e due persone che amano sinceramente costruire qualcosa insieme.
🌱 Le radici sono state piantate di recente.
🌿 C&C ha dato a quelle radici un altro ramo.
🌳 Ora è il momento di vedere cosa possiamo far crescere insieme.

This is more than a new name or logo. There’s a story behind it—and, more importantly, a woman whose story deserves to be told. ❤️
Before C&C Creations, there was Freshly Screwed.
Freshly Screwed was a business Chrystal started in Virginia before the two of us ever met. As a veteran, mother, and naturally creative woman, she had a passion for taking ordinary, overlooked, and sometimes worn-out things and turning them into something worth being proud of. 🇺🇸
It began with woodworking and furniture restoration. 🪵🔨 Chrystal learned, experimented, refined her skills, and poured herself into every project. What started as a creative outlet gradually became a business of her own.
And yes—there’s a story behind the name. 😉
One evening, while sitting on the front porch and searching for something unique, funny, and memorable, Chrystal began thinking about the tools she used every day. Woodworking involved plenty of screws, so the brainstorming quickly turned into a little wordplay.
Her projects were freshly made.
They were newly created.
And technically…
They had just been screwed. 🔩😂
Freshly Screwed was born.
The name was funny, a little inappropriate if your mind went there, impossible to forget, and completely unlike anything else around it.
Honestly, that still describes us pretty well. 😏
When Chrystal and I eventually came together and began creating as a team, we wanted a name that represented both of us. Our first names gave us the two C’s, and Freshly Screwed became C&C Creations.
C&C became OUR name. 💕
But as we continued building this business, I realized that moving forward didn’t mean leaving behind the foundation that made everything possible.
Freshly Screwed was Chrystal’s.
Before there was an “us” in this business, she put in the work, developed the skills, trusted her creativity, and built something of her own. She created a brand so memorable that, years later, it still feels unmistakably like HER.
I never want that part of our story to disappear.
My wife works unbelievably hard for our family. She is an amazing mother, an incredible wife, a fellow veteran, my business partner, and one of the most creative people I know. I’ve witnessed the thought, passion, patience, frustration, late nights, trial and error, and love she pours into everything we make. ❤️
This change is my way of ensuring that the business we’re building together continues to honor the woman who planted its first seed. 🌱
We’re bringing Freshly Screwed home—but keeping C&C because this chapter belongs to both of us.

Freshly Screwed represents our roots.
C&C represents what happened when two people, two veterans, two creators, and—most importantly—a husband and wife decided to build something together. 🇺🇸❤️
What began with woodworking and restored furniture has grown into something much bigger. Today, we use a variety of creative processes to turn ideas into real, tangible things. We’re still learning, experimenting, improving, and discovering new ways to make products that are personal, meaningful, useful, funny, beautiful, or sometimes just completely different. 🎨✨
At its heart, our mission hasn’t changed from what Chrystal originally wrote about Freshly Screwed:
✨ Create something wonderful from nothing at all.
✨ Give people options.
✨ Let creativity run wild.
Now, we get to do that together. 💕
We don’t know exactly how big this will become, but we know what we want at its foundation: family, creativity, hard work, originality, and two people who genuinely love building something side by side.

🌿 C&C gave those roots another branch.
🌳 Now it’s time to see what we can grow together.
