US orders are always shipped tracked through USPS. Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post via standard UNTRACKED service by default. If you live in Canada and want tracked postage on your order, please purchase a delivery upgrade or send us a direct message for assistance.

All orders will be processed within 2-4 business days from the time they are placed. The days required for processing are in ADDITION to the time your shipment will spend in transit. If you require special arrangements for your order, please send us a message PRIOR to submitting the order. We may not be able to accommodate every request though we will try our absolute best!

International shipments outside of North America will take up to 30 working days to reach their destination. This is due to a number of factors, most which are NOT in our control - we're sorry about this! Please be considerate of this fact when placing an order with us from overseas. If your order is significantly delayed, get in contact with us and we'll try to see what information we can divulge.

Please note: If you put in the wrong address when you placed your order and the shipment has already been sent out, we will wait for the shipment to be returned to us. When the shipment has been returned to us, we can either resend the shipment (the purchaser will be responsible for $10 CAD to resend) or we can refund the order minus the original shipping charge. Please note some wrongly addressed shipments never arrive back and get lost in which case we are not responsible.
