We had a terrible time with German customs, but neither the seller nor I were at fault. The seller was there for me the whole time, providing support and communicating with me immediately. Simply fantastic. After more than two weeks, the jacket finally arrived. I was worried it would be damaged or unsightly due to the long delivery time.
