Realistic training plans that actually fit into your life!

I've taken a few laps around the fitness world starting as a professional life guard, through single track mountain bike racing and all the way to marathon training and triathlons. I've used a variety of training plans some from coaches, some from apps and especially when it comes to triathlons, I've made my own. I've always ended up spending hours and hours picking through blogs and pins looking for the rational of why I'm doing what I'm doing, what to do and expect on race day and sorting good information from bad. I figured it's time someone put that all in one place, and this is the place! Every training program comes with a bonus base builder stage and a bonus reverse taper stage to get you started and help you return to a more realistic routine after your big race. My plans include a detailed weekly schedule, with options to customize, rational for that schedule and that's just the beginning. Also included are definitions and terms, supply lists, checklists, advice on doing it on a budget, and help in setting time goals, race day routines and a whole lot more! Check out the table of contents in each picture for a better idea. Each item description is the plan overview and philosophy so you know exactly what your signing up for.
Triathlon training plans in particular seem to be geared for elites only who are in it to win it. 9 workouts scheduled over 6 days each week. Who has the time and resources to do all that? Isn't there a more moderate plan that will fit into my life and get me across the finish line strong? Yes, and this is it!
