4 out of 5 starsI was very pleased of the tiny silver frog. It was wrapped and packed in a beautiful gift box and everything would be good. But due to the Swedish custom regulations or whatever it was not delivered in time and I had to pay a fee before it arrived.

About GGJewelsandCoins
A Little Hidden Gem in our Down Town Core
G&G Jewellery and Coins is a small jewellery/coin shop located in downtown Windsor ON Canada. It is a little gem of a store with so many beautiful unique pieces. We do everything from buying old gold/silver jewellery and coins, sell new and used/ antique and vintage items.
We have a goldsmith that repairs jewellery on the spot, a watch maker and a gemologist on site. We also have an awesome and very knowledgeable coin appraiser (who owns the store too) plus great friendly sales staff to help you. We are an all around 'do-it-all' kind of jewellery shop that has been in business for over 35 years. For this reason we have collected many vintage/ antique/ estate items that we now need to share with everyone. There is something about an antique or vintage piece;they just seem to have a life or story of their own. We are so happy to share them with you!

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
- Your exchange/ refund will only be issued once the item is returned and we have received the piece purchased in the original condition that is was sold.
- I am very willing to send you more pictures, answer any questions etc before you place your order.
-If you are unhappy about your purchase and feel like giving me negative feedback please talk to me first. I am very reasonable and am sure we can work something out. I will be happy to address any issue.
- If you have had an item altered or sized in any way you will not receive the refund for that repair.
-If we have sized a ring for you free of charge we will deduct $30 per ring from your refund.
-If you do not find something that you wish to exchange your item with, we will refund your money- There will be a $25 restocking fee charged as well as the shipping fees will not be refunded.
LAYAWAY:
- I offer interest free layaway!
- I will offer 2-6 payments- The amount of payments depends on the price of the item
- If you have an item on layaway and decide to cancel your layaway, you will be charged a $25 restocking fee per month from the start date of your Layaway.
Payment
- Keep in mind that ALL of the DUTIES AND TAXES WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY upon delivery if applicable.
Delivery
-Due to the nature of our products and the higher value we ALWAYS ship Canada Post expedited WITH tracking unless other wise stated in the items description or requested by the customer.
- If you choose to have your item shipped without a tracking number for a cheaper rate you are then taking all of the responsibility of the item into your own hands once the item is shipped and leaves my shop.
- Shipping from Canada to USA with tracking will take 4-10 business days- Some orders may take longer due to possible delays at customs. If you need your item by a certain date please let me know and I can calculate a quicker shipping option for you.
-You are responsible for any taxes or duties incurred upon delivery outside of Canada.
- I Ship WORLDWIDE- Please message me for shipping options...prices might be lower than $40 depending on time frame and country that you live in
- I ship WORLDWIDE. My standard shipping price for worldwide outside of CAN and USA is $40- If you are interested in an item and you live outside of North America PLEASE MESSAGE ME for exact shipping prices. Items outside of North America if shipped at this rate of $40 VIA surface can take up to 3 months to ship at this price ($40) depending on where you live (for example when shipping to CHINA). If you need this item quicker please let me know. I can calculate the cost depending on where you live and how quickly you would like to receive the item and have them shipped VIA air. Just let me know... I am flexible!
-International shipments can take more time due to international customs inspections.
Additional policies and FAQs
RING SIZING- If you are purchasing a ring from my shop I will size your ring for free if you are sizing down or for ONE size up. Each additional size increase after is $15 extra per size for gold and silver rings. When sizing a platinum ring it is free for the first size increase and $20 extra each additional size after. Let me know your ring size and I can quote you.
I encourage you to ask as many questions as needed.

If you are interested in something in my shop but need a better price, just ask. I will be happy to further discuss price with you. No problem!
If you would like to reserve an item for a day or two I would be willing to do so.
The items sold here are vintage, estate, not brand new items and can have some reasonable wear on them. I do my best to take clear pictures of all angles to be transparent with all customers and describe the items to the best of my ability as well as the ability of my support staff. If you have issues with an item that you have received please contact me I will be happy to resolve the issue while keeping both parties happy!

-If you can not complete your layaway payments there will be a restocking fee associated with your return/ refund.
