Does this work in Excel or in Google Sheets?
Both. Every workbook is an .xlsx file that opens in Microsoft Excel 2016 or later, with no subscription needed. For Google Sheets, free with any Google account, open Sheets and use File > Import - every formula, dropdown and colour carries over. Works on Mac, Windows, iPad and phone.
How do I download my files?
Delivery is instant and nothing is shipped - this is a digital download. Etsy emails a link once payment is confirmed, or go to https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases in a desktop browser (the Etsy phone app cannot download files). You get the workbook and a one-page quickstart PDF.
Can I rename the categories and labels?
Yes. Your categories, labels and lists are yours to rename, and every dropdown and total follows automatically. Only the formula cells are locked, so the arithmetic cannot be wiped by a stray keystroke. No password is set, so you can unlock any sheet if you want to change more.
Can I get a refund on a digital file?
Digital downloads are not eligible for returns or exchanges on Etsy, because the file is delivered the moment payment clears. If a file does not work as described, message me within 30 days and I will fix it. Discounts and refunds are not given for a change of mind.
Do you offer custom versions?
Not at the moment. Every workbook is sold as it is listed. It is built to be reshaped by you, though - categories, labels and lists are all yours to rename, and the totals follow. If a tab you need is missing, message me; it may become a future product.
