I am beyond upset with my purchase. Even though the mug came in in what looked like a very secure package (bubble wrap like crazy), the mug was in pieces. It might not have been the shop’s fault but the ups or whoever delivered this. But this is so disappointing.

Absolutely gorgeous cup. Reminds me of my travels to beautiful Egypt - Aswan, Cairo, Luxor and all the other wonderful places I travelled in my beloved Egypt. This cup is super super gorgeous.

Terrible service. Never received product. Shipping info wasn’t ever updated in Etsy until after I filed a case. Merchant never sent me confirmation of final product until after they said it was sent and per the photos it was done incorrectly. Terrible first Etsy experience. Luckily I found another merchant at a 1/10 of the cost who completed the work as ordered and looks better than what photos were shared.

Beautiful ornament! It originally arrived only half painted, not all the way around as shown in the photos but luckily the seller is local to me and took it back to be completed. That would be my only “complaint”...it is gorgeous artwork but I was told if I wanted it to look like the listing photos (painted 360 degrees) I had to ask ahead of time. I suggest this be put in the listing or added as an option so people understand they are not necessarily getting what’s pictured.

The mug was gorgeous was packed so securely with bubble wrap to ensure it wouldn’t break during the shipping process. Because it’s made in Egypt, I can’t tell whether or not the mug is dishwasher safe. But that’s my only gripe!
