I accept returns only if the item was received damaged. Please contact me THE SAME DATE the item received and attach the photo of the damaged product.
I will accept a custom/personalized item back only if I made a mistake (spelling, embroidered character). In this case please contact me within 3 days of delivery and ship the item back within 14 days of delivery. I will re-do and re-send the correct item to you.
