We take pride in our items and are very thorough when measuring and inspecting each piece. We mention any imperfections in our listings, but minor details may occasionally be missed.

We provide detailed pictures & measurements in every listing, therefore, returns cannot be accepted due to improper fit + sizing. Vintage sizing is much different than modern sizing so be sure to compare the actual garments measurements to something you already own to be sure of most accurate fit + size.

We accept Etsy Direct Checkout , Pay Pal and e-transfers as forms of payment.
Delivery
All orders to *U.S AND CANADA* are shipped via Canada Post Priority Mail and come with a tracking number. Delivery to U.S and Canada takes approximately 4-8 business days from the shipping date. This timeline exempts any possible customs holds which may occur and are out of our control . We will send you your tracking information as soon as we receive it. Parcels do not come with insurance.

All *INTERNATIONAL* orders are shipped via standard Canada Post International Air Mail. International packages take approximately 7-15 business days from the shipping date. This excludes any possible customs holds which may occur and are out of our control .* Please note * International orders ( any orders outside of Canada and U.S.A ) are not trackable. If you would like your parcel to be tracked, please select the International Shipping with tracking upgrade at checkout. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

Gimme Shelter is not responsible for lost or late parcels. Loss parcels are rare but if you'd like to add insurance to better secure your item please let us know prior to ordering and we will provide you with a quote. Gimme Shelter does not refund lost or late parcels due to postal services as the parcel is no longer in our control.
