How do I access my template?
After purchase, you will receive an email from Corjl with a link to access your template. Simply click the link, edit your design in your browser, and download it. If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder. You can also log in directly at www.corjl.com/orders
using your Etsy order information.
Do I need special software or fonts?
No. Corjl is an online editor that works right in your web browser. All fonts and design elements are included - no extra downloads are required.
What file types can I download?
Templates can be downloaded as JPG or PDF files. PNG is not provided to protect the integrity of the designs.
Can I get a refund or replacement?
Because these are digital products, refunds, replacements, or exchanges are not offered once a template is purchased and accessed. However, if you run into a problem, please contact me through Etsy messages and I’ll gladly help you troubleshoot.
Can I share my file with others?
No. All templates are for personal use only. Files may not be shared, resold, or used commercially.
Where can I print my design?
You may print at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printer. Please note that colors may vary slightly between monitors and printers.
Can I edit the template in Photoshop, Illustrator, or another program?
No. All templates are designed to be used exclusively in Corjl. They cannot be opened or altered in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or any other editing software. Please make sure you are comfortable using Corjl before purchasing.
Because these are digital products, refunds or replacements will not be given if a buyer purchases expecting to use another program. If you need help using Corjl, I am always happy to assist.
