Shipping PolicyProcessing time: 3–7 business days (production + packing).
Origin: Zaragoza, Spain.Carriers: Correos, SEUR, GLS, DHL, UPS (or other local carriers as chosen).
Tracking: Tracking number provided for all orders.Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
Spain: 2–5 business days.
EU: 5–12 business days.
International (outside EU): 10–25 business days.

Shipping costs: Shown on item page / calculated at checkout.
Packaging: Standard / eco-friendly packaging.
Delays: I am not responsible for carrier delays, customs inspections, or force majeure. If a problem occurs I will contact you to resolve it (refund or reship).
Returns & RefundsEU consumer right: Customers have a 14-day right to withdraw for most non-custom items.
Exceptions apply (see below).
Return window: 14 days from delivery for eligible items.
Exceptions: Custom, personalized, made-to-order items and digital downloads are non-refundable unless faulty.
Condition: Returns accepted only if item is unused, in original condition, with tags/packaging.

Return shipping cost: Paid by buyer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days (minus original shipping and return shipping costs if applicable).
Faulty or incorrect items: Report within 7 days of delivery with photos. I will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund including return shipping.
Order CancellationsCancel before dispatch: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not been dispatched.After dispatch: Cancellation handled as a return once the buyer receives the item (see Returns & Refunds).
PaymentAccepted payments: Credit/debit cards, PayPal, Etsy Payments (as available for Spain).Payment is required at checkout.
