Welcome to The Grunge Papers' Etsy shop. I've tried to be as clear and as thorough as possible in my descriptions of the paper and printed items that I'm selling, but if you have any questions about my products or my processes, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Accepted payment methods

  • Money Order
Returns and exchanges
If you aren't satisfied with any item that you purchase, please let me know immediately. If you return the item to me, I will gladly refund your money, minus postage.
Paypal is my payment method of choice, though I will take money orders. Please let me know if you are sending a money order - I will reserve your items until your money order arrives, and will ship as soon as the m/o has been banked.
I will endeavour to ship anything sold within two business days of the sale.

My usual method of shipment is to send the item(s) as first class lettermail via Canada Post. As everything I sell is light and thin (paper!), this usually works very well.

Canada Post's website says that lettermail within Canada should be delivered within 4 business days, which I know from experience is often - but not always - true. Obviously, international orders will take longer.

In the event that you order enough paper that it cannot be sent as lettermail, I will send orders within Canada as a Regular Parcel. International orders I will send as Small Packets.
Additional policies and FAQs
Though I'm sure it's obvious to most regular Etsy-ers, I would point out that the "handmade" nature of what we all do means that there is a certain amount of inexactitude built into our creative processes.

In my case, the nature of how handmade paper is made means that, while all the measurements that I give regarding sheet sizes are going to be approximately accurate, they are often not going to be precisely so.
