Hello and welcome to HANAN PAIKIN | Stationery,

As a graphic designer by trade, I’ve worked for a large stationery company, helping hundreds of people showcase their character and style through their personalized stationery. It has been my pleasure to sit down with brides and grooms, mothers (and mothers-in-law), working together to create their perfect wedding stationery.

For me, nothing beats the reaction of couples seeing their invitations for the first time. It’s the reason why I love what I do so much 𑁋 that tactile feeling at the end of a successful collaboration, holding the stationery in your hands and sharing the joy with your clients.

These experiences encouraged me to start my own brand and help more people express themselves and celebrate their special day without breaking the bank and without compromising on quality.

RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

At HANAN PAIKIN | Stationery, we are committed to exceeding your expectations and we stand behind our products and service. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, simply contact us so we can address your concern.

In the rare event that we make an error on your order, we are committed to fixing it immediately.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Problems with an order are rare, however, when they do occur, we are committed to taking care of your needs immediately with a replacement, exchange or a refund. The following are the available options we have to help our customers with

RETURNS & REFUNDS DUE TO CUSTOMER APPROVED ERRORS

While we understand it can be frustrating to see an error you made with your order, we cannot accept returns or process refunds due to errors on approved proofs (e.g. typos), that is regardless of where the error originated. It is the customer’s responsibility to check all information and proof their order. Once approved, your stationery will print exactly as shown in the final proofs.

If you do find an error on your stationery, please contact us. We will work with you on a re-order, including expedited production time whenever possible at 50% discount on the reprint.

If your personalized stationery does not match your approved proof, please contact us immediately and we will reproduce the items free of charge.

CANCELLATION AFTER PROOF

All personalized stationery orders will incur a cancellation fee of 25% or $100, whichever is greater if you decide to cancel your order after your digital proofs have been emailed. Once we typeset a proof, that part of work cost cannot be refunded.

Each order receives three complimentary rounds of revisions to make sure that you love your stationery, as part of our commitment to outstanding design.

CANCELLATION AFTER PRODUCTION

Due to the personalized nature of our products, once a proof has been approved, and an order has been sent to production we cannot process any cancellation or refunds.

ORDERING & PROCESSING

All stationery orders will include personalised digital proofs sent via email for your consideration. We offer two complimentary revision rounds to make sure all wording and layout are correct and to your specifications. Production will not start until we receive your final approval.

Each order will include:

A digital proof via email within two business days
Two complimentary revision rounds if needed*
Up to FIVE days production from final proof approval
Standard shipping
Please note that if guest addressing is included in your order, we cannot start production until we receive the CVS file.

If required, customers can add three additional rounds of revision for $25CAD.

PRINTING & FINISHING

All of our stationery are professionally printed on commercial printers and then receive the foil fusing finish. This process is handcrafted and may have slight imperfections as the foil adheres to the card. We are committed to doing our best to ensure that each and every item meets our highest quality before shipping your order to you.

We offer the following choice of Foil:
Gold
Rose Gold
Copper
Silver

All envelope printing will be done on our commercial printers in digital black.

CARDSTOCK & ENVELOPES

Our wedding stationery is printed on the highest quality cardstock, giving our stationery the quality every couple will be proud of.

The following are your choices of cardstocks:

Signature White: 110lb Cover (300gsm)
Signature Ivory: 110lb Cover (300gsm)
Double Thick Signature White: 220lb (600gsm)
Double Thick Signature White: 220lb (600gsm)

All of our envelopes are 80lb Text (120gsm) and come in either Signature White or Signature Ivory.

HOW TO ORDER

1. On the listing page, choose Quantity & Foil Colour from the drop-down menu

2. Add additional upgrades and add-on services when applicable

3. Once you complete the purchase please complete the order form on the listing page

4. Make sure to proofread and give us all the information you want on your stationery. Additionally please make sure that the text you submit for your stationery is similar in length to the one offered in our samples

5. We will not start production until we receive your final proof approval. Please be advised that production takes up to five business days

6. All orders will be carefully packaged and shipped using UPS (2-5 business days for domestic customers and 5-10 days for international)

FONT CHANGE

While our designs have been thought out and are designed around the fonts, on some occasions we can accommodate font change.
