After placing your order, you can upload a clear, high-quality photo or scan of the handwriting via Etsy messages or email to HandToHeartThreads@gmail.com. Please ensure the writing is well-lit, in focus, and not cut off — this helps me create the most accurate embroidery possible.
Can you combine multiple handwriting samples into one piece?
Yes! I can combine words from different notes or people into a single design. Just let me know which parts you'd like used, and I’ll do my best to create a cohesive piece while preserving the integrity of the original handwriting.
How long does it take to complete an order?
My current processing time is 7-10 business days, depending on the volume of orders. If you need something by a specific date (birthday, anniversary, memorial, etc.), please message me before purchasing — I’ll do my best to accommodate.
