En el corazón de nuestro negocio se encuentra nuestra planta de fabricación, ubicada en Fez. No subcontratamos nuestra producción; trabajamos directamente con un increíble equipo de maestros artesanos tradicionales, conocidos localmente como Maalems.
Estos artesanos han dedicado toda su vida a perfeccionar las intrincadas técnicas transmitidas de generación en generación. Al observar de cerca una de nuestras piezas, se aprecia la huella literal del artesano: cada golpe de martillo es preciso y cada detalle grabado está dibujado completamente a mano.

Creemos que los elementos decorativos de su hogar deben embellecerse con el paso del tiempo. Para lograrlo, nos adherimos a un riguroso estándar de calidad y autenticidad de los materiales:
Materiales auténticos: Utilizamos cobre y latón macizos de alta calidad, empleando estrictamente láminas de gran calibre (como nuestro grosor estándar de 1,2 mm / 12 GARA) para garantizar una durabilidad generacional.
Acabado natural: Nos especializamos en acabados sin lacar. Libres de selladores químicos artificiales, nuestros metales de latón y cobre interactúan de forma natural con su entorno. Con el tiempo, se oxidan y desarrollan una pátina rica, orgánica y profundamente personal que refleja la historia de su hogar.
Artesanía a medida: Como controlamos todo el proceso de producción de principio a fin, colaboramos habitualmente con diseñadores de interiores y propietarios de viviendas en pedidos personalizados, ya sea para adaptar un diseño a medida o para fabricar un exclusivo lavabo de lujo de 91 cm (36 pulgadas) martillado a mano.

Handmade Copper Sinks was founded with a deep respect for heritage and a clear mission: to preserve the authentic, centuries-old traditions of Moroccan metal forging while reimagining these exquisite pieces for high-end, modern spaces around the globe. We wanted to move away from the disposable, mass-produced fixtures of the modern world and return to objects that carry a soul, a history, and a lifetime of durability.

At the very center of our business is our dedicated manufacturing facility located right in Fez. We do not outsource our production; instead, we work directly with an incredible team of traditional master craftsmen, known locally as Maalems.
These artisans have spent their entire lives perfecting the intricate techniques passed down to them through generations. When you look closely at one of our pieces, you are seeing the literal mark of the craftsman—every hammer strike is deliberate, and every engraved detail is drawn entirely by hand.

Authentic Materials: We use high-quality, solid copper and brass, strictly utilizing heavy-gauge sheets (such as our standard 1.2mm / 12 GARA thickness) to ensure generational durability.
The Living Finish: We specialize in unlacquered finishes. Free from artificial chemical sealants, our raw brass and copper interact naturally with their environment. Over time, they oxidize to develop a rich, organic, and deeply personal patina that reflects the story of your home.
Bespoke Craftsmanship: Because we own our production process from start to finish, we regularly collaborate with interior designers and homeowners on custom requests—whether it is scaling a bespoke layout or crafting a signature 36-inch luxury hand-hammered sink.
