What if my order is a gift?
If your order is a gift, please make sure the shipping address at checkout is to your desired recipient. If you would like a short message or “To/From” note included with the order, please include it in the Notes to Seller area at checkout, or contact me directly immediately after purchasing – I will be happy to have it included!
I don't include paper invoices with my orders, but sometimes a customs form with package contents and pricing is legally required for international orders (outside Canada).
What is your refund policy?
If for any reason you are not happy with your product, please contact me before leaving feedback. I will be happy to work with you to make it right – I am dedicated to making you 100% happy!
I take great care in packaging each order, but are no longer in control once it leaves my hands. If an item does not arrive, or arrives damaged, please let me know right away, so I can arrange a replacement.
Do you make custom orders?
At the time, I offer customization for digital download prints only. If you are unsure about something specific you have in mind - please ask! :)
My print does not print out the way it looks on screen. What now?
Different printers and papers can have different results than what appears on screen. I am more than happy to tweak the colours of a print for you to make sure it gets printed the way you would like. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Can I use your prints for commercial/resale purposes?
No. My prints are sold to individuals for personal use only. You may print more than one print for yourself or a to send as a gift.
I want to print a Digital Print at a Photo shop. How do I get the best results?
In my experience, photo shops have great results printing digital prints. I usually ask them to set their Autocontrast or Autocorrect to 0, (or off), so that colours are as accurate as possible.
I am buying from outside Canada. Will I be charged a Custom's fee?
Unfortunately I cannot control any customs or import fees that my be charged when an item is shipped outside of Canada. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
