We are shipping items typically 3 days a week, but the USPS has hold ups sometimes and parcels can occasionaly get lost.
First thing to do, get in touch with us, and let us know that your order has not arrived within the expected time frame.
We can then take the appropriate action to resolve the matter speedily.
