I actually bought these earrings at a local boutique and then later lost one of them. When I contacted her to see if she still made them so I could buy replacements she was incredibly helpful! She was prompt in responding to messages, offered to sell me a replacement of just the one I lost and when a mix up happened on which side I needed replaced she fixed that with ease as well. Such a pleasure to work with her and the earrings are probably my favorite pair I own right now. Her stuff is adorable and creative, very unique.
