Here are a few things to note while shopping:
(PLEASE READ before buying)

Effective 1/24: SHIPPING CHANGES: USPS First Class Mail (“ground advantage”) rates will increase by 5.4% (this is a USPS change that I’ve no control over).
I’m now only shipping Monday-Friday (our Post Office is now closed on Saturdays). Orders received on Fridays will ship the next business day (Monday, unless it’s a holiday).

- CANCELLED ORDERS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE TO COVER LOST LISTING FEES. Etsy does NOT reimburse sellers for fees incurred for cancelled orders so any fees will be taken out of the buyers refund.
- I’m NOT doing any special orders at this time.
- ALL my inventory/product is listed in my shop. I list items as I make them.
- I do NOT hold orders to ship on specific dates. My turnaround time is 1-2 days once the order has been paid for.
- I’m ALWAYS happy to combine shipping when I safely can.
- I typically ship USPS First Class Mail. If you need it shipped USPS Priority, contact me and I can add that option to the listing for you.
- If the weight of the package is 1 lb or over, I will have to ship via Priority Mail. This is a USPS rule, not mine. (If the postage is more than what you paid for, I'll pay the difference).
- I’m only shipping within the US at this time.
- Please allow extra time to receive your package. Between Covid & the holidays, the postal workers are doing their best but things could slow down.

PLEASE NOTE: What happens after the USPS has your item is not up to me and I have no control over them. However, shipping times have been about 3-5+ days, average, and if you need something shipped Priority mail, contact me and let’s see what I can work out.

A quick note on feedback; I love and appreciate all your kind words. I will never ask you for feedback and I know it’s your right to leave me whatever feedback you want. But if you’ve a problem with your order, let me know before you leave any “negative” feedback as I really do want you to be happy with your purchase and I may be able to fix it for you.
