How do I download my files?

Sign in on Etsy.com in a web browser, go to You > Purchases and reviews, and select Download Files next to your order. The Etsy app can't download files. Etsy also emails you a link.

What size is it?

Every planner comes in US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) and A4, as a printable PDF and a fillable PDF.

Can I type into it?

Yes. To type in the fields, use free Adobe Acrobat Reader. Apps like GoodNotes/Notability let you write on the pages by hand. Save often.

The bundle has ZIP files. How do I open them?

Double-click on a computer. On iPhone, tap it in the Files app; on Android, use Files by Google.

Can you tell me what to do about my situation (probate, taxes, etc.)?

I'm happy to help with downloads and how the files work, but I can't give legal, tax or financial advice. The executor workbook includes questions to bring to an attorney or the probate court.

Should I write my passwords in the binder?

No. The binder covers options for noting where access instructions are stored (like a password manager with emergency access). For passwords and sensitive identifiers, you record only where they are kept.

Will a physical item ship?

No, it's a digital download. Print at home or at a print shop.

Can I share it with family?

Yes, for helping with your personal or family affairs: you can share completed pages and copies you reasonably need with family, caregivers, your executor, and advisers. Please don't post, resell, or publicly distribute the files.

Is this a legal document? Will it replace my will?

No. These are organizers. These pages are for organizing information and preferences, not creating or changing legal documents. They don't replace a will, trust, power of attorney, advance directive or beneficiary designation. Laws vary by state and country; please ask a qualified attorney.

My download isn't working. What do I do?

Use Etsy.com in a web browser (the app can't download files), go to You > Purchases and reviews > Download Files, and save the files to your device before opening them. Still stuck? Message me and I'll send the files another way. Digital downloads are generally non-refundable once delivered, but if a file won't download or doesn't work as described, message me within 30 days of purchase; I'll fix it, and if I can't within 14 days of your message, I'll refund that item in full.
