5 out of 5 starsI bought the 3 pack of Christmas pattern masks and they are great! They are comfortable and I love how they can be easily adjusted, especially by the nose.
The patterns are so cheery in a complicated time. I have gotten a lot of compliments on them already, and I just bought them! -

A Handmade Journey
Heidi-and-Seek Boutique was started in 2009, in a little dorm room in college. I received a sewing machine for Christmas, along with the book "108 Ways to Transform a T-shirt", and I was hooked!
Being the broke college student I was, and having tried some pillowcase skirts with my sister when I visited her at college, 'I thought, I'll buy some materials from the thrift store to experiment a bit'. My experiments turned into a full fledged passion, and led me to complete my certificate in Apparel Design at Red River College in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
in 2020 I am busy making masks along with everyone else, and dreaming up my next collection. I don't know what it will be, but it will be comfortable and cozy, include bright colors and prints, and will seek to make you smile and feel great wearing the pieces!

Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
I am more than happy to fix something if it is too big, too small, too long, too short, etc. Please note that you are responsible for shipping the item back to me to be fixed, but I will pay to ship it back once the changes have been made.
Items damaged or lost in the mail will be considered for refund or exchange with photo.
*Shipping costs are not included in refunds*

I am currently accepting Paypal, and Direct Checkout but remember, you can pay with a credit card on Paypal even if you don't have a Paypal account!

Items are sent out within 2 business days and I will contact you once the package has been shipped!
--SHIPPING OPTIONS--
*Canadian Orders
Small Packet Expedited-includes tracking number: $5.00-$13.00 (5-10 business days)
*US Orders
Small Packet Surface-not tracking number: $9.00 (2-3 weeks)
Small Packet Air-no tracking number: $11.00 (1-2 weeks)
*International Orders
Small Packet Air-no tracking number: $10.00-$20.00 (3-5 weeks)
--TRACKING NUMBERS--
*Within Canada
Items shipped within Canada automatically are assigned a tracking number for no extra charge (unless they are light enough to go letter mail which is the fastest shipping method!).
*US and Overseas Orders
In order to keep shipping costs low, I am not calculating for a tracking number in the shipping cost for any items. Please note that tracking numbers for out of Canada shipments are very expensive, I'd estimate at least $20 extra.
If you do require a tracking number, please let me know, and I will adjust your shipping costs. Otherwise a tracking number will not be provided.

*Please note that any taxes and customs fees are the buyers responsibility.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, please contact me before leaving feedback, I strive to provide the best experience possible for my customers, I will do what I can to fix any errors or issues that may come up.
--CUSTOM ORDERS--
I am happy to make custom orders of items I am currently making. For example, if you see something in my shop that you like but want it in a size or colour that is not offered I can absolutely make it with these changes :). I also require half the amount paid before I begin creation of your item and then another listing for the second half once your item is complete.
**TO KEEP IN MIND: Heidi-and-Seek Boutique items are 100% handmade by me in my studio in my home. Since my designs are not made in a factory, there may be small flaws here and there but I do my very best to create quality garments that are professionally constructed for durability and sustainability :)
