What started out as silly apparel designs screen-printed on baby bodysuits and women's tees in my living room (way back before print-on-demand made it easy!) has continued to grow up in a big way while still staying young at heart. I eventually transitioned to print-on-demand home decor when screen printing lost its shine, and fell hard for surface pattern design: fabric, prints, all things home, and lately our woven blankets (a most-loved staple around here!). Then in 2023, I had my daughter, and everything clicked into place. I've been a little obsessed ever since with getting back into baby and kids clothes, and making it all family-matching. So here I am, full circle, back to apparel, this time in cozy knitwear (which I love so much more than classic printing!), designed for the whole crew to match.
I concept every design myself (sometimes drawn by hand on my iPad, sometimes built shape-by-shape right in Illustrator), but it always starts with an idea and a bright, can't-stop-tweaking color palette - picking the colors is hands-down my favorite part! My prints run playful and bold: kitty parades, zebras, wild florals, cheeky seasonal designs.
What I love most is watching a print come to life on something with real texture and character, like a chunky knit or a soft woven throw. Pieces you want to reach right out and touch. No beige, no boring. Just big, joyful pattern made to make you smile every time you catch a glimpse of it.
