We've been making and supplying gorgeous wedding stationery for 6 years now and we still love what we do as much as when we first started... if not more!
Based in our little studio in Carlisle, Cumbria, we work hard to provide Bride & Groom's with quality hand finished stationery from save the dates to invitations, right through to 'on the day' stationery including order of service, menu's, place cards & seating plans.
It's fair to say that Sarah (the leading lady!) is a little obsessed with pretty florals & watercolour prints at the moment, which feature heavily in our current collections, along with rustic elements such as hessian & twine.
How did it all start? a familiar story within the wedding industry, Sarah dreamed of starting her own stationery company following her own wedding back in 2010. With a passion for making pretty things and a love of weddings she approached her very understanding husband Richard who conveniently already ran his own office supplies company and suggested it might be nice to try making the 'big dream' a reality! Expecting him to say no, she got the surprise of her life when he agreed and even very kindly let her take over one of his spare rooms in his business premises. Result! Richard even came up with the company name of 'Weddinvites'. Although Sarah is the driving force behind Weddinvites, it has been known for Richard to pick up a pair of craft tweezers to help with applying mini diamantes, but only in an emergency!!
