Important information about preserved moss:
- it does not need light - you can place it in rooms without windows
- do not water - the moss absorbs moisture from the air. The humidity in the room should be 40-60% - as much as we usually have in the apartment.
- does not collect dust - has antistatic properties.
- do not expose to direct sunlight
- do not place it close to a radiator, fireplace or air conditioning. Moss may harden and fade.
- The moss may have an earthy smell for some time - because it is preserved. It dissipates after a few days/weeks. If you are very sensitive to smells, consider purchasing it. Most people don't smell these decorations at all.
!Remember that if for some important reason you need to return our product to us, pack it carefully so that it does not get damaged during transport. If your shipment arrives damaged, we will not be able to refund your money.
