Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

We have done our absolute best to provide detailed and accurate descriptions of product condition, however as these are items that are 20 and often more like 30 or 40 years old, a certain amount of 'wear' should be expected by the buyer.

All items have been carefully measured and each listing provides accurate product dimensions. Sizing is provided for use as a guide only. The only way to ensure an accurate fit is to measure a similar item you already own and compare to the dimensions included in the listing.

If you require your purchase by a specific date, please contact us before buying to ensure it is possible. We do not issue refunds if an item has not arrived by a particular date, unless we have specifically agreed to ensure delivery by that date.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of the item's arrival. We want to make sure that every buyer has a great experience, and we will do everything we can to make it right!

Items can be reserved for up to 3 days. Please message us if you would like to have an item held for you.

We unfortunately can not cancel an order. Once payment has been processed, sales are considered final, so please get in touch prior to purchase if you have any questions!
Shipping
SHIPPING
All items are shipped via Canada Post.

We ship to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase -- please review your address carefully before submitting your order!

All items are shipped using standard shipping by default, however shipping upgrades are available for purchase at the checkout.

Standard shipping DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING for most US/international orders. If you would like to add tracking to your order, it is available for purchase as a shipping upgrade at the checkout.

Most items are shipped in poly bubble envelopes but for very heavy or bulky items where boxes are required we may use a recycled or repurposed box.

DELIVERY WINDOWS
Please allow adequate time for your order to arrive. The windows below are offered as a guide and it is possible for delivery to take place outside of these timeframes. If you have concerns about delivery by a particular date we strongly encourage you to contact us prior to purchase to confirm it is possible. Our standard shipping typically takes:

US orders — 5 - 12 days
Canadian orders — 4 - 7 days
International orders — 7 - 30 days

LATE AND LOST PACKAGES
While the vast majority of our packages arrive within the timeframes provided above, packages can sometimes become delayed for a variety of reasons including postal strikes/labor issues, inclimate weather, customs backlogs, higher than usual volumes, postal error, etc. We unfortunately have no control over these issues, nor of the package once it is shipped. While we always work to ensure a timely delivery for our buyers, please be aware that there is always a certain amount of foreseeable risk that your package arrives outside of the delivery window.

If you are still waiting to receive your package after the delivery window has passed, please be patient! Chances are it will arrive in the next couple of days!

While it is very rare in our experience, packages do occasionally get lost in the mail. Because there are a number of issues can delay a package during its transit, we do not consider package "lost" until 30 days have passed from the date of shipment.

Important information about vintage clothing!
Vintage items have had a previous life and some degree of wear and signs of age should be expected. We have done our best to ensure the overall condition is noted as well as any flaws. If you have any questions please send us a convo!

Sizing
Sizes provided are our best estimate and are not intended to be used as these way to determine whether an item will fit. All garments are carefully measured as noted in the description. The only way to know if an item will fit you is to measure a similar item you already own and compare the measurements. We do not offer refunds for fit so please measure carefully!

Shipping

Returns
We accept returns for exchange or shop credit only.
Please read the full item description, measurements, and shop policies carefully and refer to the photos prior to purchase as we do not offer refunds except where we have made a major error.
If you wish you return an item, please contact us as soon as possible after you order arrives to confirm the return with us.
We do not offer refunds for items that have not arrived in time, unless we have explicitly agreed to this date. Please contact us prior to purchase if you need an item by a particular date so that we can confirm whether it is possible.

Yes! We are happy to reserve an item for you for up to 3 days. Please send us a convo with your requests!

Can I have this item for less?
We have sales and offers planned for every month so check back from time to time! With that said, our listing prices are firm and we do not accept offers.

Can I get this by x date?
Maybe! Please contact us before purchasing to see if it is possible.

Can you ship this ASAP?
If you need your order rushed, please contact us to see if it is possible. We post our orders up to 4 times a week, so we may new able to accommodate you.

Is this item dusty/Does this item have a smell?
We do our best to ensure that any flaws are noted in the listing description, however since these are vintage items, they may have been exposed to allergens including dust, perfume, smoke, and musty smells. If you are sensitive we do not recommend vintage as there is no way of knowing what the previous life of an item has been.

Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately, we do not do local pickup for orders.

Vintage items are not new. Every item in our shop has been previously owned, and is anywhere between 20 and 50 years old. Each listing includes the item's condition:

Excellent: Unworn vintage items; Vintage items with no visible flaws or flaws so minor you would have a difficult time seeing them.

Great: Some visible minor flaws that are not noticeable or do not detract from the wearability, durability, or overall look of the garment (examples: overall pilling, overall fading, small picks and pulls, minor stains or marks)

Very Good: Noticeable minor flaws that are purely aesthetic; Small flaws that could worsen or require some care (examples: small holes in a knit, visible stain, pulls or frays that have the potential to get bigger or affect the wearability of the garment)

Good: Signs of wear that indicate a well-loved item such as large or obvious flaws or imperfections that reduce the items wearability, durability, and look of an item. Usually an item that is so awesome or unique that these flaws are tolerable.
