SHIPPING TIMES ESTIMATES (we can not guarantee these times atm during COVID, it may be slightly longer or shorter):
North America (Canada and USA) : 5 - 10 business days once your item has shipped
- All shipping comes with TRACKING. We use the standard speed. IF you would like an expedited or express speed, please upgrade your shipping option during check out.
UK/Australia: 4 - 75 business days. Yes, I know this sounds extreme! It is likely that it will not take nearly that long, but this is the timeline that is given to me by our couriers and I want to be transparent with you!

5 out of 5 starsThe seller was very helpful with some initial questions I had about the product. The planter was made and shipped promptly, sooner than expected actually! About the only thing is that it wasn't quite as mint colored as I was expecting from the image, but this is a hand made and you can't expect perfect uniformity. I was a huge hit with the person I gifted it to! 10/10, would shop with again.

Custom and personalised orders
The beautiful thing about our planters is that each one is truly one of a kind. The colour mixing, bubbles, and texture will always be slightly different. As such, please note that photos are only representations of the product. Each piece purchased will be unique - just like you.
Wholesale availability
Yes! I accept wholesale requests and provide discounts for bulk orders, please send me a message with your questions :)
Gift wrapping and packaging
My packages come in recyclable cardboard boxes - sometimes I reuse containers from shipments I receive to be kinder to our environment! If your purchase is a gift, I can wrap the box in kraft paper :)
If you would like to add a personal message in the box, please include it in the notes and I would be happy to write it out for you!
Care instructions
All planters are made from concrete. To keep them clean, you can SPOT CLEAN with warm soapy water and let them dry for 24 - 72 hours. You do not* want to drench the product in water.
They are stone material and therefore, over time will have reactions to water. This is normal and is the typical life cycle of concrete products.
