Hometown Howdy

Small Town Rivalry isn't a bad thing.

I grew up in a two horse town. It was your typical Texas small town - Friday night lights, the Whataburger was the place to hang out, and if I stopped on my way home from school, somebody told my mama that they saw me.

When I moved into the sprawling Metroplex that is Dallas/Fort Worth, I KNEW that there was a clear divide amongst the town sides, but I didn't know there would be one even smaller close to home: a zip code battle. Two cities, one post office, two zip codes. The online battle of the 244s and the 248s was mostly funny, and mostly a joke. That's when I created my first zip code sweatshirts and tees, so we could recognize each other in public, and donated a proceeds of my sales back to our local Education Foundation.

I had no idea that those would be my best sellers.

So with that, we're expanding a bit. Enjoy your home town pride, flaunt it, start a zip code war, and if you don't see what you need, be sure to let me know.
