Wow! Could they BE any more perfect?! *chandler bing voice*
Both stands are hook&stem but one is a few years old. When I needed a larger one I went digging through my purchased until I found where I got it (not an easy task, lol). Love them both. Quality is superb so I knew I had to find out where I got the first. Thank you!

Reclaiming forgotten resources
We're a husband and wife team working out of Toronto, On. We love reclaimed wood (who doesn't?) and we strive to use as much of it as possible. Barns, factories, homes and many more old structures are torn down every year. Inside those haggard looking buildings are gold mines of gorgeous wood. Wood that has 100+ years of character. If we reuse wood that's already been milled, we're reducing the amount of deforestation and protecting our planet.
We want our customers to feel good about buying our products and reusing materials that were destined for the landfill.

Each piece is made to order by Mike and Claire, meticulously finished to create something that will bring warmth to your space (or another’s) and transcend generations. We use reclaimed wood wherever possible, otherwise sourcing materials locally and sustainably.

**CARE** - For Your Wooden Products:
Each piece should be treated with care to ensure that it stands the test of time.
Our products are not dishwasher safe--please don't drown them :) Instead, clean your product after each use with a little soap and hot water, by hand. Do not submerge for an extended period of time, as this could cause the board to split/warp. Give it a wipe with a towel and allow it to dry upright, away from other boards and kitchen utensils. To disinfect, use lemon juice, white vinegar hydrogen peroxide or orange pop (not really--just checking if we still have your attention).
Once a month, apply our Rejuvenating Wax or mineral oil to maintain the item's finish, discourage cracking, and protect against both bacteria and water absorption. Using a lint free cloth, wipe on your wax/oil in the direction of the woodgrain. Apply several coats, allowing the item to dry in between. After about 4-6 hours, wipe away the excess substance that didn't soak in. Avoid using vegetable oil, which can cause your piece to get stinky!
Voila--you're done! Using these simple steps will ensure your item has a long and prosperous life.
