I purchased this item as a gift for a family member who was recovering from surgery. I contacted the seller after they missed the shipping date. I did not receive a response. When the scheduled arrival date had passed with no contact from the seller, I disputed the charge and received credit. Very poor customer service from this seller, and definitely a huge red flag.
