Do rep codes work during sales?

It depends on the sale! If the sale is higher than the rep code, for example, if the sale is 30% off, the rep code will not work since the sale has a higher percentage off than the code. If the sale is 15% off, the rep code will work, but the sale will not be applied to your cart. Etsy takes off the higher percentage off and will not combine percentages.
