Please include your personalization details in the box at checkout. We’ll need your guest of honor’s name (and potentially other details like age, hashtag, etc. depending on the design).
Then after purchase, please send the photo you’d like to use in an Etsy message within 24 hours. If you send more than 1 photo, we will choose the best one for the design.

Higher quality photos make for the best tattoos but we know that sometimes it isn’t possible especially if your tattoos will be a surprise or you want to use a cherished photo. That’s ok- it may mean that your photo will not be as crisp as the ones in our mockups. We’ll do everything we can to make your tattoos look awesome!

We crop according to the design and subject of the photo. That means that long hair will be cropped to keep the face looking nice and large on the tattoo. If you have a preference, please mention when you send your photo.

No- please leave it to us! We want to ensure that your photo retains the highest resolution possible so your tattoos look their best. We’ll take care of cropping your photo and editing it to include any fun extra graphic elements included in your chosen design.

Our tattoos are meant to be a fun party accessory that can be easily removed when the party's over (and you want to get back to real life!) They are NOT waterproof. If you’d like them to last longer, pat on a little sunscreen or moisture after application and avoid getting wet.

Our tattoos are very easy to apply in less than 30 seconds with just water and a cloth. You’ll receive full instructions in your package, including tips to make them look their best!

Please use your best judgment based on your skin type and do not place them near lips, eyes etc. We are not responsible for reactions that occur as a result of applying temporary tattoos. If you have sensitive skin or sensitivities to adhesives, you should not use them. If any reaction occurs, discontinue use.

Your tattoos are custom designed and printed just for you - we do NOT offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations for any reason. This includes orders that do not arrive in time for your party. Please select a shipping method that works for your party date. We promise to ship your order out in the time frame stated on each listing, but once it leaves our studio, we have no control over the shipping carrier. We do NOT offer refunds for orders that do make it in time for your party - and strongly recommend upgrading to a tracked shipping method at checkout.

We are professional graphic designers that will do everything we can to make your tattoos look awesome- however, if the photo you send us has low resolution or is not sharp, it will not be as crisp as the one we use in our mockups and product photos. Since our tattoos are meant to be fun and temporary, this is often just fine but since we work with what you give us, we are not responsible for the clarity of your tattoos.

Please double check your personalizations. We copy exactly as written and do not send out proofs prior to printing.

If you select "Standard Shipping" at checkout, your package will be shipped via Canada Post Lettermail. As this is Canada Post's most affordable service, there will NOT be a tracking number on your package and we will not be able to provide you with details of its location after it leaves our studio. If you'd prefer to track your package please upgrade to a TRACKED option at checkout.
