WHAT I COLLECT

I sell digital downloads only. Nothing ships, so I never need your address, and I never see your payment details — Etsy handles payment and I am never shown your card number.

When you buy, Etsy shares the minimum needed to complete the order: your name, your Etsy username, your email address, and the details of what you ordered. If you message me, I see your message and your username.

WHY I HAVE IT AND WHAT I DO WITH IT

I use this information for one reason: to deliver your order and to help you if something goes wrong. That's it.

I do not add you to a mailing list. I do not send marketing messages. I do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with anyone, and I have no advertising or analytics partners of my own.

Under GDPR, my lawful basis is performance of a contract (getting you the files you paid for) and, for support conversations, my legitimate interest in answering you.

HOW LONG I KEEP IT

Order and message records stay in my Etsy account for as long as Etsy retains them, which is governed by Etsy's own policies and by tax record-keeping requirements. I do not keep a separate copy anywhere else — no spreadsheet of customers, no external database, no email list.

WHO ELSE IS INVOLVED

Etsy, Inc. processes the order, the payment, and the file delivery, and Etsy's own Privacy Policy covers that. I use no other third-party service that touches your data.

YOUR RIGHTS

If you're in the EU, UK, or another region with data protection laws, you can ask me to confirm what information I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or restrict how it's used, and you can object to processing. Message me through Etsy and I'll respond. Bear in mind that some records sit in Etsy's systems rather than mine, in which case I'll tell you and point you to Etsy. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
