This rose is much better than expected with a fast turnaround from the date of placing the order. It will most definitely take pride of place and I think my wife will love it as I’m always giving her roses – this will be the biggest !!!!!! Bring on my anniversary !!! Just a few issues to beware / take note to improve: 1 – if ordering from the UK, you will have to pay a customs and excise charge 2 – the packing could be improved as the box was a bit battered. 3 – could have left the rose to completely dry off before packaging as some of the wrapping paper has stuck to the rose as the paint was still wet. When I took it off, it left a mark :(

Seller, was a great person to deal with, never had to wait on a response, answered all my questions in a polite and patient way and shipped item immediately. Received item in 2 business days when seller advised it could take up to 3 or 4 because of the weekend that was approaching. I give my sincerest recommendation and look forward to buying again.

I ordered this rose for my wife on our seventh anniversary. While it arrived late, we found the rose to be perfect. I'll know next time to order several weeks in advance to account for US customs.
