5 out of 5 starsI was intially unhappy with my purchase because a company logo was wood-burned onto one side of the item, but John promptly contacted me and went above ans beyond to fix the issue. While it won't be a First Communion gift because of the delay, I think it will still be cherished as a personal devotional. I am really impressed by John's responsiveness and customer service and would definitely order from him again in the future.
