5 out of 5 starsAbsolutely love the hair combs!! A few tiny pieces broke off during the shipping but you can’t really notice and I think that’s inevitable during the shipping process. Can’t wait to wear them on my wedding day!

5 out of 5 starsI combined all three bouquets in a jug but I kept them tied up so that I can separate them if I want to into tinier vases if I want later. The stems are shorter than the jug, but I put the tissue paper they were wrapped in at the bottom and volia!

This is my main studio space. Most of my designs happen on this glass table.
With floral design, I really try to put the love of nature that I feel into every design that I make. I hope that you can feel this too. 🖤
Dried flowers feel more wild to me. All of the textures, the colours that range from soft pastels to warm and rich caramel. When designing I am swept back in time to my childhood growing up in Newfoundland, or to warm summer days in my adulthood, spent exploring abandoned farmers fields filled with butterflies. I really try to put this love of nature that I feel into every floral design that I make. I hope that you can feel this too. 🖤
In the beginning I thought I was going to be a painter and attended NSCAD University of Fine Art. Later I realised that with floral design I could marry my two greatest loves - art + nature.
Later I moved to Prince Edward Island and soon started my local wedding & event floral design business, Sakurah's Flower Studio, which is still my main career - 7 years later! Now I run my floral studio from my home, tucked away on the riverbank in my favourite small town, Hunter River. After studying fine art at NSCAD University, I then studied Floristry in Toronto where I hold a Diploma of Floral Design. Now I love to design with flowers while I work from my at home studio in the countryside on Prince Edward Island.

Care instructions
Dried Flowers should be kept away from intense sunlight as it may start to fade the colours of the flowers.
Keep away from moisture.
Dried flowers are preserved, but do have a shelf life.
Depending on exposure to sunlight and moisture, they should last a year or two.
After that they may become more faded and brittle over time.
As a side note: My Dad still has a dried flower arrangement that Mom and I made over 20 years ago. It is rather faded and brittle, but he still wants to keep it hanging in the hall! Haha.
