The item was shipped on time and reached on time. However, the quality of the glue that holds the bow and the tieholder wasn't good and the bow was detached pretty soon

I just received today. They are horribly put together. Fell apart taking it out of the bag. I will not buy again. Caution before you buy these bows! Extremely disappointed. I will not even use these bows on my daughter!

FAQ's:
Q: What are the differences between the bows you have listed and a bow tie? Can you make a bow tie?
A: For the bow ties, the listings are for the "bow", the attachment options in the drop down menu are for typically for hairbows. For bow ties, at this time we are only offering them as a clip on option. We make the bow, which is not tie-able, and we offer a clip on attachment option that can be added to any bow within our shop. It is available here:

Q: What are your bows made out of? Can we buy or tell us where you got your materials?
A: Our bows are made out of Fabric, with most being made out of cotton. Unfortunately we do not sell any of our materials that we use. We found all of our materials ourselves, therefor it is our there for you to buy as well.

Q: I would like my bow to be a specific size, can you make it XX by XX?
A: Our bows come out to be around 4 by 3 inches. Due to the handcrafted nature of each bow, bow sizes can vary by up to an inch. Bows sizes listed in the description are an approximate size. We can always make bows on the larger or smaller side, however we can never guarantee an exact size, For Example: 4.3 by 3.8 inches.

Q. Can you guarantee a delivery date of XXX?
A. No, we can never guarantee any specific date, in case of any USPS delays on their part. We will work with you and ship packages so that they should arrive before or on the specific date requested, however once it leaves our shop, it is up to the post office to fulfill the delivery, of which we have no control over. Any deadlines MUST be made aware of, even if it's months away. This ensures that your package goes out in time for it to arrive to you in a timely fashion. The shop owner is not responsible for not meeting your deadline if you have not made contact of such deadline. All deadlines must be approved by the shop owner.

Q. Can you rush an order to me?
A. We can never guarantee a specific date, because of the USPS, However please contact the shop owner to discuss your need by date, and if it is possible.

Q. If I order Priority shipping, will it get to me by XXX date.
A. Unfortunately, we can't say. The post office option on our end says Priority Mail is 1-3 days. HOWEVER-- it is not guaranteed and can in some cases can incur delays that could take much longer.

Q. Has my package shipped?
A. If you look under "Your Account" and then click on "Purchases" you'll be able to see the status of your order as well as tracking information if it has shipped. This is also where the tracking number should be displayed. DO NOT follow Etsy's tracking as it may take up to 48 hours to update. Click the tracking so that it takes you to the USPS website, this will be your most up to date tracking information. You should also receive an email from Etsy with the tracking information.

Q. It says my package was delivered, but I didn't receive it. Now what?
A. Unfortunately, there's not a lot we can do from our end. Once the order ships, we have fulfilled our part and do not have any control over what the post office does with it. If you take your tracking number to the post office or your mail carrier, they can assist you further. The shop owner will not contact the post office for you. We DO NOT give refunds for this reason.

A. No. We ship all my packages with Delivery Confirmation which shows proof that we mailed the package and fulfilled our end of the transaction. Your next step is to contact your local post office to locate your package. The shop owner will not contact the post office for you. We DO NOT give refunds for this reason.

Q: I was looking to order multiple bows or do a bulk order, Can I get a discount or coupon code?
A: We do not offer discounts on our Lilly Pulitzer bows, these are already priced as low as we can offer them. If you are looking to do a bulk order of over 25 bows we can offer a shipping discount. If you are looking at a non-brand bow, please message us as it would depend on the bow/s you are looking at.

Q: We sent a message 12 hours ago, why have you not responded to my message?
A: This is not our full time job, We will respond to messages as promptly as we can. We will respond to messages and get orders out as quickly as we can.

-We follow Etsy's policies, if we suspect a user being under the age of 18, the shop owner has the right to decline any or all sales.
-We are not able to add coupon codes after purchase.
-We do not double discount, if you ask for a discount (ex. large purchase), then use a coupon code, only one discount may be used, not both.
-International Buyers, you may have to pay your customs office in order to receive your packages. The shop owner is not responsible for any additional fees you may incur.

Shipping
-Bows need processing time in addition to shipping time to arrive to you. This is common amongst all shops on Etsy. If you need bows by a certain date, Please put this in the comments or a message and we will do our best to try and work with you and your time frame. Typically we need a minimum of at least week between when you order and when your bows arrive to you (2-4 Business Days processing and 4-6 days shipping). This is an example, and is not our current processing time frame. Please see our shop front/announcements section for our current production time. Please think about this and your time frame when ordering, if there are any questions please message us and we would be happy to work with you and your time frame. Estimated shipping time is in addition to production time. We typically tend to run on a one to two week processing time frame. Please see our shop front for current production times and/or updates.

-We make orders in the order in which we receive them, unless someone has purchased the upgraded priority shipping, then they will jump to the front of the line. Otherwise products should be shipped out within the ship by date on the receipt of purchase. Our shipping rates are based on previous experience of rates charged and we ship via USPS. We have no control over our packages once they leave our facility and are not responsible if a package is damaged, lost or delayed. We are not responsible for any delays because of the USPS. We make every effort to give you the best information possible as it is received.

-Same day overnight shipping orders have to be placed before 2 pm.

-If a return is agreed upon by the shop owner and customer, any or all cost/s of returning the item/s are at the expense of the buyer.

-The upgraded shipping listing and fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

-We cannot replace or refund an item when according to USPS tracking it has been delivered to the address. It is your responsibility to update your address in all areas of your purchase. We ship to the address that is given. Once it is mailed by us it is out of our hands, and in the hands of the USPS. We are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS. It is the buyers responsibility to contact the USPS with any order complications.

-We do not give refunds for items that did not arrive to your home. We ship to the address that was entered for check out and that is on file with Etsy. The shop owner is not held responsible for any mistakes made by the post office. If you'd like to upgrade to a "signature delivery" We would be happy to set up a custom listing for you.

-RETURNED MAIL: If a package is returned because the address provided to Etsy was not correct, we are not responsible for re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and they will need to repay shipping and handling before we send the package again.

-LOST/DAMAGED BY POST OFFICE: We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office. Thank you for your understanding with this.
Additional policies and FAQs
-All items in our shop come from a pet-free and smoke-free home.

-Due to the handcrafted nature of each bow, bow sizes can vary by up to an inch. Bows sizes listed in the description are approximate.

-Custom Orders: Custom orders are at the discretion of the shop owner and may be canceled or declined at any point during the order. Production of all custom orders will not be started until we receive payment for the order. Production may take longer than the posted processing time (for the whole shop) depending on the customizations requested. Custom Orders are not returnable or refundable.

-Contact: We only message people back through Etsy, We will not respond if you leave your personal email address in an Etsy message/order and we will not take contact outside of Etsy. Occasionally we will have questions about the specifics of an order, and we will contact you through the Etsy conversation system so please check your Etsy account in order to help us complete your order quickly and accurately. If you email us about your order, we do not talk about orders outside of Etsy. We will respond via the Etsy message system. We are not responsible for you not checking your Etsy account or not receiving the email generated by our Etsy response. If no contact or response is made to the shop owner about questions about an order, the shop owner reserves the right to decline and cancel the transaction.

-Items: We make up samples to take pictures from. Due to most prints being large, the placement of the pattern will vary from the bow in the picture. We do not accept print requests. We have provided pictures of the print to use as a guide, and note that you may receive any piece of that print. Some computers will distort the colors and quality of some bows, please be advised of this while placing your order. We do not accept returns or give refunds because of the pattern or distorted colors or quality of items. All items come from a Pet Free and Smoke Free Home.

-Feedback: Feedback may only be left after you have received your products. It is not fair to judge the product/s or the seller before you receive the product. If you are going to leave neutral or negative feedback, contact with the shop owner must be made before doing so, as this gives the seller a chance to solve your issue or problem first.

-Our current production time or any changes will be posted on the front of our shop

-Any immediate changes within our shop will be posted on the front welcome message

-We do not accept buyers remorse, no returns or refunds will be given for this reason.

-Etsy processes payment, this includes credit cards, gift cards, etc. We have no control over the wrong charges to your method of payment, any discrepancies with payment need to be addressed with Etsy. The shop owner is not responsible for any payment discrepancies. Etsy is the one that will see your card information, not the shop owner, please do not contact the shop owner about what card the buyer used, etc.

-The Alligator Clips are hair clips are NOT bow tie clips. For bow tie clips, we slip them through the center of the bows, they are not glued. For bow tie clips, they are available here:

-We do not sell to other bow shops. If you have an Etsy or any other shop that sells bows, or other items that are similar, your order will be canceled immediately.

-We do not allow resale of our bows.

-Our bows and items may contain hot glue, which may melt if they are worn outside in sunny or warm weather. The seller is NOT responsible for any items that are lost or damaged.
