I downloaded my files but they aren't working, What should I do?
Sometimes files can be corrupted during the downloading process. If this happens, simply delete the files and go to you purchases page on Etsy again to download them again. Please message me if you are having issues and I will be happy to help.
How do I extract ZIP files?
* Double click on the folder to open it.
* Click on the file you need.
* Click extract at the top. This will make a copy of the file and put it on your computer. Most computers send the files to the downloads folder.
* Open or Upload your extracted file to your program.
Can I download the files to my phone?
You cannot download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time so to download a digital file on a mobile device or iPad, you can sign into Etsy on your mobile browser or a non-mobile computer.
