I just received my order the other day and am absolutely in love with the variegated hoya heart kerri. The hoya arrived in mint condition and had a heating pack, very well packaged, no damage when it arrived. I would order at this store again in a heartbeat. :)

Sizing Details

Each plant is unique and may vary from the images shown. Unless specified otherwise buyers may receive a different plant.

Order Packing

Orders are collected throughout the week, packed for shipping on Sunday and shipped out Monday & Tuesday for the following weeks' orders. This is method is put in place to avoid plants being held over the weekend at post offices.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No, do not ship our plants to PO Boxes.

Are the plants shipped potted?

We shipped either bare root in sphagnum or in start pot, will required to be repotted by the buyer.

How much does shipping cost?

Our shop uses the calculated shipping method. Our goal is for customers to receive their plants within 1-2 Days during the colder season. We do use FedEx or UPS to ship all our packages however Etsy only integrates Canada Post pricing into their platform when checking out.

Can I do pick-up?

Local pick up is available for Kitchener Woodstock Ontario. Sometime Surrey BC depending on the Stock availability. Please message to receive the local pick up discount code before check out and to arrange a time.

I'm on the hunt for a specific exotic plant, can you help?

Yes! We would love to. Feel free to send us the name, a picture or description and we will try our best to find it for you.

Return Policy

Our shop strives our best to hand select the healthiest plants for all of our customers. We understand plants are delicate and damage may occur however we do not offer any refunds. In the cause of an issue the buyer and shop can discuss either a replacement plant or shop credit to use on a future purchase. The buyer must return the damaged item in order to receive either the replacement or shop credit. We will provide a return label when this issue occur.

How do you ship during the colder seasons?

We wrap plants in double sided thermal bubble wrap. We also offer 60, 72 and 96 hour heat packs for an additional $5-$6.

My plant arrived with cold damage, what is your shop policy on that?

Purchases made during the winter season is at the risk of the buyer. We do everything we can with due diligence to ensure its warm and safe arrival but we do not offer refunds for cold damaged plants as it is out of our control.
