Frequently asked questions
How do I download the files?
Once your purchase has been confirmed, you'll be sent an email with a link to download the file(s).
You can also access your digital file(s) from your Etsy account directly:
Go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
How do I access the templates?
There are links in the pdf file that you will receive, click them and it will take you to your Canva templates. Make sure you have a Canva account created and that's it!
