Unfortunately due to the timely nature of Winter Greeting Cards. No returns will be accepted on these items.

Shipping costs are added to all print purchases. Items are shipped through Canada envelope or parcel post.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you when the order is send.
Additional policies and FAQs
All prints are sold without matting or framing. Prints are produced by a professional lab using silver-halide paper in Lustre or Glossy. The paper features exceptional detail and crisp text with state-of-the-art image stability. The paper’s attributes include bold, bright colors that last a lifetime before noticeable fading in typical home display conditions. In long term dark storage conditions, the images should last over 200 years before noticeable fading occurs.
All images are printed in 8 x 10 or 11 x 14 formats. Due to the slight difference in the length and width ratio (1:25 vs. 1:27), the final cropped prints maybe slightly different from what is seen in the shop. The colors of the final prints may vary slightly from the shop images due to variations in computer monitor calibrations. The “Jonathan Kacki Photography” watermark will not appear on the final prints.
