Shipping was a little slow but ensured safe arrival of the print, which looks just epic! I love the style of this art and am glad that the artist includes a number of B characters

About

Sharing my fun creations with the rest of the world!

My name is Jonathan Reyes..I have always been involved in the arts since I was very young. It was just something that I’ve enjoyed doing. I have always found it to be a great release and when I get into my art I become extremely focused and driven to finish. One of the greatest feelings is finishing a project and it turning out the way you hoped or even better. And I love sharing what I create with the rest of the world.

Welcome everybody to my art shop! My name is Jonathan Reyes and I am a graphic designer and digital artist.

I try to explore various ways of expressing myself artistically through 2D and 3D, as well as both physical and digital art pieces. I practice different kinds of mediums using different styles, and I rarely stick to one style for very long. Most of my works are produced digitally, however I make it an effort to explore various artistic styles even in the digital realm. I feel the only way to really grasp our artistic limits is to branch out and explore new ways of self expression. I truly feel that you never know what you’re capable of until you try something new at least once. So whether I produce something that is universally praised or something that serves as an experimental piece, its all important to me as I try to find the kind of artist I am.

Returns and exchanges
(Effective 10/19/15)

Posters are all handled with a high level of care so as to not cause damage. They are placed inside clear poly poster sleeves and are shipped inside special poster shipping tubes and photograph envelopes to prevent damage. There are very clear instructions placed on the outside of the packaging the reads "FRAGILE" and "DO NOT BEND" so as to prevent the handler from causing any damage. I personally make sure that there is no damage to the item itself before being shipped; Items with damage are switched out before shipping. Any damage done to the item once it has shipped is out of my control and is under the care of the USPS or any other parcel service in charge of the shipment.

Due to this, I cannot refund items that have been lost or damaged. If you item has arrived in a damaged condition please notify and we could potentially work out on a way to fix the situation. Please be advised that you will need to provide photographic evidence of your damaged item so I can better evaluate the situation and to prevent fraudulent claims.
Payment
(Effective 10/19/15)

I accept credit card payments through Etsy or PayPal. No checks or cash will be accepted. Payment will be due at the time of shipping. If full payment is not received at that time, the order will not be completed and the item will not be shipped.

Due to the nature of the items sold (made to order) there will be time to cancel your order if you wish before the item is shipped. However, once the item has been shipped your order cannot be cancelled and you will need to ship the item back in order to get a full refund. Once the item has been returned in full (complete in the unopened original packaging) you will be issued a full refund.
Shipping
(Effective 10/19/15)

At this time all items will be shipped through USPS and available for both domestic and international shipping. Domestic shipping within the United States is available with First Class and Priority mail (available for upgrade). International shipping is available with First Class International and Priority Mail International shipping through USPS.

Due to the shipping method of using shipping tubes, there is a limit of 3 posters per shipment. Any order exceeding 3 posters will be shipped with an additional shipping fee. Please await a message informing you of your extra shipping fee. Your order will not ship until all shipping payments have been made.

For orders that include matte stock prints, the shipping will be done with the use of flat, rigid photograph envelopes. Due to the rigidity of matte paper, shipping in shipping tubes would cause folding and creases to the print. Flat photograph envelopes will prevent this from happening in the course of the shipment. Flat photograph envelopes are also available for other prints if requested, but will carry an extra fee. Please contact me BEFORE you place your order to discuss different shipping options.

If you are still interested in purchasing any of my artwork with added upgrades, insurance, or using a faster rate, please contact me to discuss different options for your order.

For most shipments you will be provided with a tracking number in order to track your order online through the USPS website. Please refer to them for any updates on your order and when you can expect to receive your order.

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS, please keep in mind that ALL shipments have to go through customs before arriving at their final destinations. In some instances it may take a few days for your package to be cleared and for it to proceed forward. The tracking number you are provided should keep you informed of your package's location within the United States but may become inactive once it arrives in another country due to differing methods of tracking. Unfortunately, once this occurs I can no longer track your package. If you would like to keep up with the status of your package once outside the United States you will need to contact your local postal service provider for further assistance. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Frequently asked questions

"Can I purchase a print in a different size?"

Yes, but there are some limits. You can contact me via private message to request a custom order for a specific size. However, currently I am not able to exceed a size of 18"x24" for semi gloss prints. For other sizes there may also be a substantial waiting period. Please keep that in mind when requesting bigger sized prints.

"What's the difference between 'semi-gloss' and 'matte' prints?"

These refer to the type of paper used for the print. Semi-gloss prints will have a "shiny" finish to them and the paper is more malleable, allowing you to roll it up. Matte prints will be a bit more rigid so you can't fold or roll them up as easily without leaving creases. Matte prints won't have the same "shiny" finish as semi-gloss.

"How long will it take for my order to arrive?"

Normally I strive to have orders shipped out within 1-3 days of when they're ordered. All orders are "made to order" so I won't produce a print until an order comes in for it. In some cases you can expect your order to be shipped out the same day! Once it's shipped you'll receive a tracking number from the USPS which will provide you more information on how long your shipment should take to arrive.

"Do you offer any discounts for larger orders"

Yes! If you are planning to purchase multiple prints all at one time then I can offer a discount for your order. Please contact me BEFORE you place your order to get the details.

"How often do you put up new items, and how will I know when you do?"

I don't have a specific schedule but most times I like to put up new items in bulk. I do post shop announcements but the best way to keep up with new items for sale is to follow me through social media since most people check those daily!

"Where can I find you on (insert social media platform)"

I'm all over! You can find me on Facebook, Instagram, DeviantArt, Tumblr, and Pinterest. You can find me by searching for "JRLuna Art" and finding my blue and red logo. The same one as that of my Etsy shop. Sometimes it may change for holidays and special occasions! I also have my own art portfolio/blog website which serves as a "hub" for all my activity online. You can visit it anytime at JRLuna.com.

"Do you take requests?"

Yes and no. For my minimalism designs I do readily take requests for characters that people would like to see, and I can work on them at no extra charge. For anything else I usually have to see what the request entails, and based on that I can give you a quote as to how much it'll be and how long it'll take for the project to be completed. Just please keep in mind that I work on projects in the order that they come in, so I may not always be available to tend to new requests right away!

"Do you do any giveaway contests?"

Yes! I love doing free giveaways for my followers! Every now and then I may decide to give away certain prizes for free, usually through Facebook or Instagram. This may be a free print, a free graphic tee (of my own design), or even codes for free movies, music, etc.! I'll usually make a shop announcement, but other times it may be exclusive to those who follow me on Facebook and Instagram!

"Do you only sell art prints?"

No! I also sell my graphics through several third-party outlets. You can view my graphic tees over at TeePublic.com and I also sell through Zazzle.com and RedBubble.com. You can search for me by using the name "JRLuna Art." Please keep in mind that these outlets are not as frequently updated.

"Do you have any events where you will be selling your work?"

I'm always looking to sell or present my work at art events and most of the time I will post upcoming events on my blog or on social media. So if you would like to get the chance to purchase prints from me directly (often at reduced prices!) please reference my upcoming events on social media! And if you have any upcoming events that you think I would be good for, shoot me a private message and let me know!
