Gift wrapping and packaging
Every piece we make comes with its own box and a card inside. We never include a receipt or a invoice.
"Ship by" date and "Delivery" date
Please note that "ship by" date is NOT equivalent to the actual "delivery" date.
- SHIP BY DATE: When your package leaves our studio.
You may find the expected ship by date on your invoice. Please add 3-5 days (Domestic) / 7-14 business days (International) after the expected ship by date to estimate the actual delivery date.
- DELIVERY DATE: When your package arrives to you.
We cannot guarantee your delivery time as this fully depends on the carrier. To find out your expected delivery date, please use the USPS tracking service.

To maintain the quality of your new Jewelryhills jewelry, please:
- Avoid contact with perfumes, body oils, and other chemicals, including household cleaners.
- Remove when sleeping, exercising, or doing other physically strenuous activities
- Do not wear it to the pool, spa, or the beach
- Do not use chemical jewelry cleaners
- Gently polish with a soft, lint-free cloth. Please do not use a metal polishing cloth
- Store your beloved jewelry in a cool dry place

STANDARD BRACELET: 6.5" to 8.5"

Custom and personalized orders
If you need a shorter or longer chain, please let us know the total length of chain you need at checkout (up to 30"). If it is longer than 20", we might charge you a little extra.
Most of detailed customization and personalized request can be left on a buyer's note when checking out.
Business days?
Business days refer to the weekdays (between Monday to Friday) and do not include public holidays and weekends.
Please therefore do not count Saturdays, Sundays, or any national holidays when calculating your shipping time.

What is your return policy?
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Returns and exchange details
All of our items are custom made, return or refund will not be allowed once they are produced. However, we will issue a refund under the following circumstances:
- Item arrived damaged.
- Engraving is not spelled correctly .
How we handle returns:
1) Order number should be included inside the return package.
2) The item(s) should be in original condition.
3) The item(s) should not be used, worn or damaged.
4) It takes up to 72 hours after we received the item to process the return.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We are now offering high-quality gift packaging (jewelry box, dust bag, card, and booklet). We are turning green; our packaging is made from recycled material which reduces the waste of natural resources for production. You may recycle or reuse them.
If your return is approved by us, please make sure it is in original condition (jewelry box, dust bag, card, and booklet). If any of these items are missing or damaged upon receiving the returned item, we’ll charge you 20% as a packaging fee.
