Thank you for stopping into my store. I have many items of different mediums to offer you. All my products are hand made, but I do offer textiles for the doll, miniature and needle art community as well as vintage items. Please take a minute to read my policies.

Payment
I accept PayPal. Money Orders and Certified Cheques. Please note that taxes will be applied where applicable. Duty charges may occur for International costumers.
PayPal is the safest form of payment and it is what I would prefer.
Shipping
Canada Post does not offer flat rate shipping. Each parcel is assessed for postage on an individual basis. I will endeavor to keep shipping as reasonable as possible. All parcels will be insured and have a tracking number. If shipping with another source such as UPS or an other companies proves to be more reasonable then I will ship accordingly. All parcels will be shipped within 5 business days and I will contact you with the tracking numbers as well as the ship date. Any upgrades that the buyer wishes to have will be at the buyers expense.
Refunds and Exchanges
My wish is for you to be satisfied with your purchase. I can be contacted through etsy convo for any questions or concerns. If you are unhappy for any reason please contact me through the Etsy Convo system before feedback is left. I will gladly exchange your piece for another piece of equal or lesser value within one week of receipt....(buyer is responsible for all shipping costs) If you choose to exchange your piece for a higher value piece an invoice with be sent to you for the difference...

I would have first received the returned item in order to send you the replacement/exchange item. The returned item should be in the exact same condition as when it was shipped out. Proper packaging should be used for the returned items.

Should you prefer a money refund, I will be happy to assist you with this as long as I receive the item back in the same condition the item was shipped out. The amount for the price of the item will be refunded as soon as I receive the piece back in the mail properly packaged. Please insure the returned item as damages may occur during transport.
